01. Pre-Shoot Consultation

 

We will have a preliminary discussion to go over all the details: the idea, concept, mood, and storyline of the photoshoot. It’s important to me that each photograph tells a story, where even the smallest details matter — mood, style, color, lighting, and clothing.

02. Preparation for the Shoot

 

I will help you choose the setting and provide recommendations for clothing, hairstyle, and makeup. Sometimes we create fictional characters and mini-stories together, which you can act out — a fun and beautiful creative experiment.

03. References and Moodboard

 

I will send you a moodboard via email with examples of my previous work to help you better visualize the final result.

Important: references are just a guide, not a copy. Your photos will be unique and reflect your personality.

04. Finished Photos

 

After the shoot, you will receive 50 color-corrected photos presented as a photo story. I personally select and edit the photos according to the mood established in the concept. I also set the camera during the shoot to achieve the right color and lighting for the intended atmosphere.
Delivery time — up to 2 weeks.
Photos are delivered via an online storage platform and will be available for 1 month.

05. Booking a Date

 

To secure your date, a 30% deposit of the total photoshoot cost is required. If canceled by the client, the deposit is non-refundable, but the shoot can be rescheduled to a mutually convenient date within one month.

06. Important Notes

 

I do not provide original files or re-edit finished photos in order to preserve the integrity of the concept and the intended mood of the images.

07. Signing Documents

 

If necessary, a contract or agreement for the use of photos may need to be signed, for example:
– use of photos in my portfolio or on social media;
– commercial use of photos by the client;
– shoots involving third parties (models, props, etc.);
– special projects or advertising campaigns.
If no contract is required and you agree to the use of your photos, verbal or written consent (for example, via email) is sufficient.

08. Additional Costs

 

– Studio rental for the shoot is paid separately (€35 per hour).
– Transportation to the chosen location (if it’s an outdoor location outside Bratislava) is also paid separately.

09. Cancellation Policy

 

Please notify me in advance if you need to cancel. If the shoot needs to be rescheduled for any reason, we will try to find a new date that works for both you and me. If cancellation is due to my fault, the deposit will be refunded.
